AMailMe Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AyeSearch collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes information when you use AMailMe, including its websites, applications, email accounts, account-security features, storage, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as your name, AMailMe address, birthday, and profile information.
- Authentication information, account-security events, and session information.
- Recovery information you voluntarily provide, such as a recovery email address or mobile phone number.
- Email content, attachments, headers, recipients, and other information needed to provide email functionality.
- Device, browser, IP address, diagnostic, security, and usage information.
- Subscription, billing, and service-entitlement information where applicable.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve AMailMe; administer accounts; transmit and store communications; authenticate users; recover accounts; detect abuse; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Recovery Phone Numbers and Authentication SMS
If you voluntarily provide a mobile phone number and separately opt in to AMailMe SMS authentication, AyeSearch may use that number to send transactional account-security messages, including one-time sign-in and verification codes. SMS participation is optional and is not required to create or use an AMailMe account. Message frequency varies based on your sign-in, verification, and account-security activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
4. Mobile Information, Messaging Consent, and Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information and messaging-consent data are used only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, and deliver the authentication and security messaging services you request. Service providers that process messages on our behalf may receive only the limited information necessary to perform those services, and they are not permitted to use your mobile information or messaging-consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Other information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to operate AMailMe through service providers acting on our behalf, comply with applicable law, protect users or infrastructure, complete a lawful corporate transaction, or follow your direction or consent. These circumstances do not permit the use of mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging-consent data for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Service Providers
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, telecommunications, authentication-message delivery, security, analytics, customer support, and payment processing.
6. Email Content and Communications
AMailMe processes message content and related metadata as necessary to transmit, deliver, store, organize, protect, display, and otherwise provide the email service. Automated systems may process communications to detect spam, phishing, malware, fraud, and abuse.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and integrity, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
You may choose whether to provide optional recovery information. You may decline SMS consent and continue creating and using an AMailMe account. You may opt out of authentication SMS at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive AMailMe SMS authentication messages unless you opt in again. For messaging assistance, reply HELP.
10. Children's Privacy
AMailMe is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Where age-specific consent or parental authorization is required, applicable requirements will be followed.
11. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries where AyeSearch or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as AMailMe evolves or as legal, operational, security, or technical requirements change.
13. Contact
Questions or requests concerning this Privacy Policy may be submitted through official AyeSearch or AMailMe support or privacy channels.
